  • vanilla - 1 packet;
  • salt - 2 g;
  • margarine - 200 g;
  • instant yeast - 15 g;
  • flour - 700 g.

  • brown sugar - 20 g;
  • milk - 30 ml.

Cooking steps:

  1. Stir chicken yolks, granulated sugar, salt and vanilla.
  2. Stir the yolks until they whiten, then add warm margarine, milk, stir until the lumps disappear.
  3. Stir yeast and sifted flour, gradually pour into the milk-egg mixture.
  4. Knead the dough so that it is free of lumps, elastic and non-sticky.
  5. Put it in a large bowl and put in heat for an hour.
  6. When the dough rises, knead it, cover and put in heat again for 30 minutes. Ideally, the dough, which increased in volume by 3 times.
  7. Form the rolls, for example, cut the dough into equal parts. Give them a round shape.

  • sugar - 180 g;
  • orange - 1 pc.

Cooking steps:

  • instant yeast - 35 g;

  • milk - 190 ml;
  • filtered water - 100 ml;

  • ground sugar - 10 g;
  • vanilla tastes;
  • raisins - 300 g.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Mix yeast with warm milk, add flour (400 g), raisins, mix thoroughly. Cover with a towel and put in heat for 2 hours.

Step-by-step preparation:

  1. Sift the flour to the surface, pit in the center.
  2. Pour yeast into warm milk, add sugar and soft margarine, mix.
  3. Pour this mass into a hole in the flour, add 2 eggs, salt and knead non-sticky dough.
  4. Transfer it to a large bowl, cover with a napkin and set in heat for 60 minutes.
