Stages of cooking:

  1. Yeast is diluted in water and placed in heat for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Melted butter is mixed with sour cream, egg, sugar and salt.
  3. Diluted yeast and flour are added to the prepared mixture.
  4. The dough is kneaded for 10 minutes.
  5. The container in which the dough will be placed is greased. The dough is laid out, covered with a film. In this condition, it should stay for about an hour.
  6. A couple of tablespoons of butter mixed with sugar and cinnamon. Raisins are added, which must first be washed and dried.
  7. The dough is divided into two equal parts that need to be rolled out.
  8. The filling is laid out in each part.
  9. Rolls are wrapped and cut so that small pies turn out.

  • raisins - 300 g;
  • flour - 1.2-1.5 kg;
  • water - 400 ml;
  • granulated sugar - 100 g;
  • yeast - 30 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • vegetable oil - 100 ml;
  • yolk for greasing pies.

Cooking method:

  1. To cook any pies, you must first knead the dough. In this case, you must dilute the yeast in 1 cup of warm water and add a tablespoon of sugar. This activates their action.
  2. As soon as foam appears on the surface, this is a signal in order to continue kneading. Add the remaining water, sugar, egg and flour. Knead the dough.
  3. At the final stage, add vegetable oil to the dough and mix well again.
  4. Place the dough in a warm place (on the stove, near the battery, etc.). This will take 1-1.5 hours.
  5. Meanwhile, wash the raisins, pour boiling water over it and let it brew, steam over for 15-20 minutes. Once the berries are softer, drain the water and lay them on a towel.
  6. The dough came up - you can form pies. Pinch off a lump of the right size from a large piece of dough (it all depends on your imagination) and flatten it in the palm of your hand.
  7. Put raisins in the center of the tortillas and carefully pinch the edges. Put the pies on a lightly greased and sprinkled baking sheet seam down.
  8. Form pies from the entire volume of the dough and lay on the deco. It’s too early to bake them - they should lie down, distance for 20-30 minutes.

You will need:

  • 70-80 g margarine;

  • 0.5 kg cottage cheese;
  • half a glass of raisins;
  • an incomplete glass of sugar;
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar.


  1. Lightly heated milk is mixed with half the flour, sugar and yeast.

  3. After time, an egg, melted margarine, remaining flour, vanillin and salt are added to it.

  6. Using a blender, grind sugar and cottage cheese, add flour, raisins and vanilla sugar. All ingredients are mixed.

  • 150 g of raisins;
  • 70 g of poppy;
  • 200 g butter.

Stages of cooking:

For the preparation of such rolls, you will not need either milk or eggs. Thanks to a special technology, they will look very much like puffs.

You will need:

  • incomplete glass of water;
  • 1 tsp yeast (dry);
  • a quarter cup of sugar;
  • 3-4 tbsp. l any vegetable oil;
  • 0.5 tsp salts;
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar;
  • half a glass of raisins;
  • about three glasses of flour.

Stages of cooking:

  1. Raisins must be poured with well-heated water and steamed for five minutes.
  2. After the lapse of time, the water is drained, and the raisins are dried and sprinkled with flour.
  3. In a prepared container, a glass of flour is mixed with yeast, sugar, and salt and vanilla sugar are added.
  4. Water is added. Everything is mixed and briefly left alone until bubbles appear.
  5. Oil is added, the remaining flour and raisins.
  6. The prepared dough is placed in heat, where it should stay for at least an hour.
  7. Flour is sprinkled on the table, the dough is laid out and rolled out.
  8. The layer is greased, one part is tucked to the center and the other is slightly overlapped. This manipulation is repeated once more.
  9. At the next stage, the dough is cut into neat, tiny pieces and twisted in the form of a bow.
  10. It remains to put them on a pre-greased form and bake for about half an hour.

Buns will look more appetizing if sprinkled with powdered sugar. If the cooking time is not so much, it is better to use ordinary yeast instead of dry ones. Such a dough will become much more suitable for cooking.

French buns: a quick recipe

It is necessary:

  • 0.5 kg puff pastry;
  • a glass of raisins;
  • half a glass of cognac;
  • 3 cups of milk;
  • half a glass of sugar;
  • a pinch of vanilla sugar;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 4 tsp flour.

Stages of cooking:

  1. Dough must be thawed.
  2. Raisins are washed and soaked in cognac for 12 hours.
  3. Milk is heated, vanilla sugar is added.
  4. The eggs are beaten with sugar and flour is poured onto them.
