For some reason, cabbage seedlings do not always take root well with me. It seems to me that I’m in a hurry, then I’m late with the landing. Tell me how to correctly determine the landing date? What should I look for? Or maybe the reason lies in something else?

Answers:

Each region has its own deadlines. Much depends on where you plant the seedlings - in the ground or in the greenhouse. I plant seedlings immediately in the ground. I live in the Irkutsk region, so I am trying to plant cabbage in early June, and if the spring is warm, then at the end of May. The main thing is that the soil is already well warmed up, without excess moisture. Do not try to plant cabbage on shady, moist, swampy soils, where it grows very poorly.
